We will use this web site as a communication channel for the bootcamp. Please download the web page and check it before and during the conference for specific conference rooms, timings, activities etc.

3. You get the option to name the link. Then press Add.
4. The link will then be reachable as a separate app on your home screen.

Time reporting, allowances and expenses
According to Deloitte's rules, travel to and from conferences is considered leisure if the trip is made outside normal working hours. If the trip begins during normal working hours, time is reported until "full" working hours have been reached on the specified activity code in the training notice (7 hours during summertime).

In connection with the conference, no allowances are paid, because all meals are included.
 
Deloitte does not cover any extra costs in connection with the trip, as everything is included. That means, no other expenses made in Marstrand will be approved. This applies if Engdahl&Berg has not informed you of anything else in advance.

Security
To ensure that no unauthorized person will attend our event please make sure to wear your name tag during the conference, both day and evening.

 

Dress code
The dress code is business casual, that prevails during both days and evenings. Keep in mind that the weather can be both hot and cold, which means that shorts, long pants and a t-shirt (or equivalent) can be good to pack. Also suitable clothes for activities.
 

Special diet / Food allergy
If you have reported a special diet / food allergy, all restaurants will be informed of this on arrival and do their best to make it possible for you. We still ask you to pay attention and ask if you are unsure about the food. During the check in you will receive an allergy/special diet card with your special diets marked. Please make sure to show this card to the waiters during all meals.

Illness
If you get ill during the conference, please stay at your hotel room and contact Engdahl&Berg.

In case of any illness before arrival to Marstrand, please stay at home and inform Engdahl&Berg that you are not able to participate.
